Thought I remembered this. Here the cartoon it's from. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JBq4VEBFq4&feature=related It was interspersed with Carmen Miranda songs to teach kids about Brazil. I was kind of a sucker for accents, so Joe Carioca is a personal favorite.
