Prop 8 and California Schools: A Red Herring

Do you think your kids will be taught about the evil gays getting married and shopping for linens and fashionable dinnerware together at Crate and Barrel? Get over it. A) Who cares? In fact, we SHOULD be exposing our children to the world and its glorious diversity. Loving relationships should be supported and praised. B) It's not going to happen, so don't get your knickers in a twist. CA law doesn't mandate that anything specific be taught about marriage and doesn't state that elementary children should be taught about marriage at all.
