Quality of life in Portland

This is a little water park in the Pearl District. Kids and their
parents, but no homeless. What's wrong with this town?!

Kurt and I ate at the French restaurant right next to this fountain when we were in portland a few weeks ago. It was so nice and we had the same thought!
